As our team grows, we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join us in converting warm leads and uncovering new opportunities to grow the business.
About the Role: This hybrid role blends inside sales and business development. You’ll be engaging warm leads — customers who have already expressed interest in our products — and supporting our efforts to build new relationships, open new channels, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on inbound and warm leads via phone, email, and text
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate product value
Assist with closing sales and tracking pipeline activity
Support outbound outreach and lead generation campaigns
Identify potential B2B partnerships or sales opportunities
Help improve and refine sales processes, messaging, and materials
Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth opportunities
Qualifications:
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and growth mindset
Comfortable with technology, email outreach, and lead follow-up
Able to work independently and collaborate with a small, fast-moving team
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, or digital marketing
Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Marketplace
