Established Minnesota distribution/rep/engineering company that specializes in heat and process control is seeking a competent, motivated inside salesperson. If you are a motivated sales professional with experience in industrial sales or a related field, then we'd love to hear from you immediately. Applicant must have experience in an industrial sales related field.
As our Inside Sales Engineer / Technology sales staff your duties will be to sell Entherm's product lines to assigned account base and to develop new accounts by planning and performing sales calls, assessing customer needs, preparing quotes, closing orders, and following up on all related activities.
You will need the following Qualifications to succeed in this role:
Technical sales experience with strong problem solving capabilities.
Excellent Sales and Communications abilities.
Engineering / Technical degree related to mechanical, electrical, science, factory automation and equivalent technical experience related to Entherm's product lines preferred.
Fluid Power experience a plus.
You will also need the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in order to assist customers in specifying product.
Ability to work independently in order to effectively focus efforts to achieve maximum productivity and results.
Written and verbal communication skills in order to describe product features and benefits to customers, listening skills in order to ascertain customer needs.
Problem solving skills in order to provide correct solutions to customers. Organizational skills and time management in order to ensure accounts are covered in an efficient manner.
Ability to travel to offsite business/customer locations.
