Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue lucrative cleaning contracts for commercial properties such as buildings, schools, libraries, and more.
Utilize your network and connections to reach decision-makers and secure valuable contracts.
Negotiate contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure contract retention and ongoing business growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or managing accounts, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Access to a network of potential clients and decision-makers is highly advantageous.

Compensation:
You will receive a generous commission of the proceeds monthly from each contract you secure for one year. will continuing enring proceeds as long as the relationship exists between You the client and or our company. High performers can potentially earn Part-time $5,000+ and Full-time $10,000+ monthly. 1099 contract Commission only
