ACE Solid Waste, the industry leader in garbage and recycling services in the North Metro (Ramsey) is seeking individuals to join the ACE Direct Sales Team. This position will allow you to work independently while prospecting, networking and cold calling in order to build relationships and grow our customer base in a specific geographic territory.
You will contact prospective customers directly to set-up future service with ACE. This is a door to door (direct contact) atmosphere. You will work in a protected service area.
Qualified candidates will be professional, self-driven and enjoy working on their own.
Experience is preferred but not required, will train the right individuals. Reliable transportation is a MUST!

10-40 hours weekly
2-6 hours daily
Flexible daily work anytime from 10am to 8:30pm
You choose up to 7 days a week (Any day that works for you)
Reps typically earn $50-75 per hour
Commission is paid weekly. Depending on your drive and hours put in, commissions typically range from $400-1500 per week and higher.
