Responsibilities
Generate sales leads by going door-to-door canvassing for potential customers.
Pursue new leads provided by Excel Roofing
Communicate with homeowners and develop a strong understanding of their needs and provide solutions and opportunities.
Perform inspections looking for possible damages on the homeowners’ property
Take detailed photos of the house and of any weather damage found on the property.
Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss the possible damages of the property.
Guide customers through the insurance claims process and paperwork.
Discuss scope of work from the approved insurance paperwork with the homeowner.
Turn in insurance approved paperwork and construction projects into the production team.
