Job Description:
As an Independent Sales Provider, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing sales. This is a commission-based position, offering you the flexibility to work independently and earn based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and target potential customers in need of cleaning and maintenance services.
-Promote and sell Guardian Cleaning and Maintenance's services, including the application of GoNano products.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
-Submit detailed sales reports and documentation on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the cleaning, maintenance, or home services industry.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
-Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
-Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
-Compensation:
Competitive commission structure:
-12.5% commission on project revenue generated from sales directly brought in by you.
-10% commission on project revenue generated from sales closed from leads provided by the company.
