- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer needs, provide technical support, and negotiate the best possible solutions for our customers.
- Utilize Quickbooks Online to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Experience with Quickbooks or Excel Spreadsheets is desireable.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for sales, business development, and customer service.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and sales strategies.
- A background in Interior Design, Home Remodeling, Construction is desireable
