Multiplii is a social media collective. We’re a community of businesses and content creators bringing the best ideas to small businesses across the country. Through a mixture of collaboration and consistency, we help businesses automate their social media, giving them the best return on investment. Other agencies charge $2k+ per month to manage accounts. They usually can’t justify their rates with the work they deliver. Multiplii was founded after Jerad owned a traditional agency, charging his clients thousands per month. As a former Coffee & Juice shop owner, he knew that most businesses can’t afford or justify those high rates.
He founded Multiplii after realizing so many businesses just need social media off their to-do list and that an agency doesn’t exist to solve this problem that small businesses have!
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re an organized extrovert! Someone who can work independently, achieve goals and is self motivated. We would like to see some experience with outside or inside sales. Previous social media management is not required, but always helpful.
You are a community builder! Our client is someone who doesn't like to be on social media. This is where you come in, someone who is willing to spend time in the field where these off-line business owners are hanging out. This could be farmers markets, trade shows, and directly at their store fronts!
WHAT WE PAY
This is a commission only role, and with that comes a lot of earning potential! We have developed an attractive compensation plan that rewards you for your effort both up front, and long term. This is how it works:
$250 for each new sale you sign
$50 each month thereafter they remain a client - this residual is compounding for each new client
$50,000 annual compensation is achievable within 3-4 months with 10 sales per month / 2 per week
$1,000 monthly bonus for hitting sales goal of 10 new accounts within a month.
Minimum monthly sales quota is 5
REQUIREMENTS
- Outgoing and self motivated to achieve goals
- Detail oriented
- Self Starter
- Friendly and a great listener!
- Genuinely interested in developing long term relationships with small businesses in your community
- Demonstrated sales skills - could be inside or outside sales
- Some college, or a degree is helpful but not required
- Part time work is OK as long as you hit a minimum of 5 new clients per month
