This position is strictly 1099 WITH NO benefits!
We offer solar and storage solutions to qualified homeowners and businesses, including farms.
We do rooftop including metal roofs, ground mount and flat roof.
We have several lending options, including a NO FICO option. (Can explain more during a call)
We are striving to do solar the right way, which means, offering the right products and the right pricing.
Sales reps with NREP in Mn can realistically earn $100k in their first year, which I explain over the phone or during a virtual.
If you are experienced or motivated to learn, the earning potential is much higher!
We operate with a redline model, which means, that anything you sell above your given redline is your commissions. (This is also explained more over the phone.)

Social media
Buy leads
Family, friends, neighbors, co workers, anyone who you can talk to about how solar works!
Leads; when company provided leads are available, those who have shown they can close deals will be offered leads.
Home shows; we will offer home show opportunities to those producing and involved in any weekly meetings.
Meetings:
Everything right now is done virtually, no in person meetings.
The Mn weekly team meeting is about 30 mins.
Other training calls done or held are usually no more than an hour, but we like to have engaging discussions as well.
We have several teams located in many other states that we operate in and are a smaller sales team in Mn but we have the edge over the large companies with pricing, flexibility and our lifetime warranty!
Our commissions are very competitive to the large companies, if not better!
Reps can choose either FT or PT
FT reps are expected to close 8 deals/ Qtr
PT reps are expected to close 3 deals/ Qtr
IT IS NOT BASED ON HOURS WORKED!
You can still work your other job and do this on the side.
