We Provide our Sales Reps with Leads!
We are looking for Men & Women who are Roofing Sales experts. Previous industry experience a plus but we will train the right candidate! We are an insurance restoration company! Its way easier selling stuff to people when they are not the ones who have to pay for it!
We are seeking go-getters who are motivated and will create their own pipeline of sales from both the pre-set appointments we provide, as well as canvassing, door knocking, existing client contacts, referrals, and other traditional sales methods! We absolutely want you to succeed, and will help you get there!
To assist you with this mission we provide our sales reps with pre-set appointments throughout the week. These are appointments with potential customers who have insurance and are looking for a contractor to do a roof inspection, at which point your job is to turn them into a TCR Customer by opening an insurance claim! The reality of insurance sales leads is that there are never enough of them to keep you busy all day/week so the willingness and ability to cold-knock storm hit areas to generate additional business is a must.
Project Managers will be expected to be on time for all leads and also on time for their scheduled insurance adjustments. Project managers will be expected to manage aspects of the project throughout the process, including posting of building permits and will act as the frontline for communications with their customers as their first point of contact.
Industry Leading Pay
Upon running an analysis of our entire 2023 revenue and Sales Rep/Project Manager Pay, the average payout, based on how we run our comission structure was 21% of the entire revenue of each closed job went to our project managers. This means on small/average jobs that were 25K after supplementing, the average commission was over $5200. On full roof and siding jobs which averaged around 60K after supplementing, the average commission was over 12K. If you are working for a roofing company that pays you a flat 7% or even 10% of the job revenue, you could be making double or triple that working for us! All TCR Project Managers are 1099 Contractors who have their own LLC or S-Corp, registered and up to date with the MN Secretary of State. If you are thinking of going "1099" for your income for the first time, it doesn't have to be scary. We will help explain the process and walk you through the setupand even pay your filing feesif need be.
No hassle! We pay our sales reps an advance/draw upon receipt of initial insurance funds for jobs they contract, and the balance of what they are owed when the project closes. Motivated sales reps can easily make $200-250K when the weather is nice and take winters off!

TCR Project Managers are expected to manage projects exclusively for TCR and may not be engaged in sales with any other companies while working with us. If you are leaving a current roofing contractor to come work for us, you are absolutely permitted to act as project manager for any remaining jobs that are still contracted and open with your previous company. You are not allowed to continue contracting new jobs with that company once you have signed our contractor/sales agreement.
We supplement all insurance jobs to maximize profit and payout for every job we do. That means more money in your pocket! We are insurance claim supplementing pros. As such, we have an industry leading average profit marginwithout having to cut corners on the work we do.
It is just beginning to be the start of the roofing season. We are posting this ad now, in anticipation of the beginning of the Spring sales season. We will be running a formal training and sales kickoff during the week of 4/08But the way the weather has been this year means you may be able to start much earlier! Get on board with us now while there is time yet for training, and to familiarize yourself with our operations! Your opportunity for income with us is enormous over the course of the season. We had multiple trainees who started in this industry with us last Spring, with no prior experience who have made 100-150K in the last 9 months. This could be you!
