The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in understanding business needs, interpreting data, and transforming insights into actionable solutions to drive informed decision-making. This position requires the ability to analyze data sets, connect processes to data flow, and provide detailed reporting to support business operations. The ideal candidate will use strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and business intelligence tools to influence business outcomes through data-driven strategies and metrics.We currently have 2 positions that will pay between $80,000 - $120,000 annually and will be on site in Mendota Heights, MN. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze operational reports for all subsidiaries and branches to drive performance improvements.Review branch metrics, identify trends, and generate detailed weekly reports highlighting key data and outliers.Apply a continuous improvement mindset to evaluate and automate data processes and reporting workflows.Streamline data consumption through business intelligence (BI) tools to enhance decision-making.Advocate for and educate the business on leveraging BI tools for strategic decisions.Manage and address questions and issues from users of reporting and BI tools.Assist in the rollout of new software platforms, ensuring data integrity and proper information flow.Define and optimize business processes to ensure data integrity and quality in reporting.Cultivate consistent and accurate data across multiple branches and subsidiaries for improved metrics.Develop executive and board-level reports on operations within services and construction.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education, Training, and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required.Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.3+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.Superior data analysis and critical thinking skills.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.3+ years of experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE or equivalent) preferred.Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of working effectively with employees and customers.Systems and Software Skills:Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
