The main promise I make is that my shops are run with no drama. We have one excellent salesman doing all the customer service and employee management.
Simple pay plan: Hourly base pay / Mitchell billed labor if higher. Of course we have vacation, paid holidays, free uniforms, and Health and Dental Insurance available. We are a real locally-owned full service car repair shop. I have owned multiple locations for 24 years; right now I have one open spot at 3232 East Lake Street Minneapolis 55406.
All of our crew makes at least $20/hour and most support their families with this work. We close at 5pm M-F and are closed weekends.
My two Precision Tune shops are centrally located and have the highest ticket average out of the 14 in MN and some of the highest nationwide, so we are more repair oriented than my peers.

We could integrate anyone with skills from Basic to Master. Also I think it's a great opportunity for someone who wants to move up from Jiffy Lube or a tire shop because we are happy to give you bigger repair jobs as you grow and learn.
