One big promise I make is that my shops are run with no drama. We have one manager doing all the customer service and shop management.
Simple pay plan: Hourly base pay or Mitchell billed labor if higher. Vacation, paid holidays, free uniforms, and Health and Dental Insurance available. We are a locally-owned full service car repair shop. I have owned multiple locations for 25 years; right now I have one open spot at 3232 East Lake Street Minneapolis 55406.
Our entry level techs make $20/hour and most support their families with this work. We close at 5pm M-F and are closed weekends. A 4 day week is possible.
My three Precision Tune shops are centrally located and have the highest ticket average out of the 12 in MN and some of the highest nationwide, so we are more repair oriented than my peers.
