We support people at all stages of their career.
If you are attending tech school and want to continue your learning in the afternoons we will pair you with a mentor, with pay starting at $21/hr.
If you have a few years of experience, we will help you grow, hone, and advance your skills, all without the distractions and evils of flat rate or commission-based pay.
If you’re an experienced technician with training and certifications, you already know what you bring and the benefits available by escaping the MSO/flat rate lifestyle. Earnings up to $75/hr.
