Schahn Construction, a family owned concrete and masonry company, is looking for block layer, finishers and laborers to join our crew.
We are looking for experienced BLOCKLAYER / BRICKLAYER and FINISHER FOREMAN. Someone that can layout, build leads, handle inspections and read plans.
Also looking for CLASS A DRIVER / OPERATOR and LABORERS with experience in masonry tending and flat work.
Positions we are looking to fill;
- Brick / Block layers Foreman $34 -$40 / hour
- Finisher Foreman $34 - $40 / hour
- Laborer Tenders / concrete laborers $25 - $32 / hour
- Class A Driver / operator of equipment $32 - $38 / hour
We do small commercial and some residential projects. Concrete footings, floors, driveways, sidewalks, patios, stamped and colored concrete, masonry block, brick and stone work. We also do light excavation and demolition.
Looking for tradesmen to add to our crew who have experience finishing, laying, mixing mortar, tending block / brick, setting up, forming, layout, pouring and clean up. Laborer with a CDL class A license and equipment operating experience would be a plus.
Individual must work well with others and be a self starter (doesn't need constant direction all day). Looking for people who are team players and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Must have your own transportation and basic tools. We are not yellers and screamers. We work hard but we try to have a good time at work.
Most of our work is concentrated on the central to northern side of the cities
