This is not full-time employment. This is subcontracting, adding a general contracting installation company to your subcontracting business.

Pay per job
Must be able to complete an entire Entry, Door, Storm door, or Patio Door install installation
Must be able to articulate the entire project step-by-step, and have the tools to carry it out
Prefer five years of experience
