EXPERIENCED BLOCK TENDER / Laborer (Princeton)
compensation: non-union starting wage $25 - $30 hr. depending on knowledge of job described and years of experience

Central State Masonry, Inc. is looking for 1 person that is hard working, DEPENDABLE and MUST have at least 2 years experience of Concrete Block tending & Laboring Concrete
If you don't have experience please DO NOT call and waste our time.
If this is a fill in for winter layoff DO NOT call.
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs., bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time.
Knowledge of setting up footings, pouring footings, tending block, mixing mud, running skidsteer, clean up of jobsite, cleaning and putting away all tools into job trailer and maintenance on small equipment.
Knowledge of concrete power tools and hand tools a must.
Must have reliable transportation to job site or to our shop to ride with to the jobs.
We are out of PRINCETON and MOST ALL of our work is in Princeton, Milaca, Cambridge/Isanti , Elk River, Foley and surrounding areas - we avoid the metro area if possible.
We are a non-union company that offers vacation pay after 1 year, holiday pay and Aflac benefits after 90 day probation period.
Starting pay depending on knowledge and experience ($25 - $30 hr.) to start possibly more if you have finishing skills.
