Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to creating stunning, functional spaces. We are particularly seeking candidates with skills and experience in the $30–$40/hour range.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately.
Construct and install frameworks, doors, windows, and other structures.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
We Require:
Building/carpentry experience.
Good communication and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in all temperature extremes.
Reliable transportation.
Necessary tools, including:
Nail guns (framing nailer and roofing nailer).
Air compressor & hoses.
Impact driver & drill.
Hand tools (hammer, tape measure, square, level, etc.).
Ladder tall enough to access the roof.
Automobile and General Liability insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $18 to $40 per hour, but we are seeking skilled carpenters within the $30–$40/hour range.
