The Service Technician is at the heart of the company being focused on servicing our customers. The Service Technician is responsible for managing the company assets in beverage equipment and beverage parts. The Service Tech needs to be organized and proficient, have good communications skills, able to read and write in English and be familiar with the beverage equipment and procedures for the company. Field Service Technicians will be proactive for their customer base, anticipating needs and cultivating relationships. The Field Service Technician needs to be well liked by their customers, independent and confident.
Coverage area is Minnesota, western Wisconsin and just over the northern Iowa border.
Responsibilities:
Installing equipment in accordance with a fast-paced rollout schedule
Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment in your service area
Covering other service areas as needed
Basic in store training for owner/operators…Mfg. equipment training provided
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems
Evaluation of finished product taste and appearance.
Skilled with the use of hand tools and test instruments such as multi-meters
Ability to work independently and organize one's own activities
Must also be able to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Technicians are dispatched from their home or office
Each technician will be supplied with a service truck and tools, as well as complete backup support of our regional organization.
Each technician is supplied with a fuel card, so all fuel for work miles is covered
