Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is seeking to hire a full-time Interior Finish (Trim) Carpenter Foreman.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of carpenters on site
Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects
Install the following:
o Cabinets
o Vanities
o Stair rails
o Base
o Casing
o Crown moulding
o Hardware
o Window trim
o Doors and door trim
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4-5+ years finish carpentry experience in both commercial and residential new construction
Experience installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles independently
Candidate must have a good work history
Dependable vehicle
Valid driver's license
Motivated and reliable
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (this is a safety-sensitive position)

WORK SCHEDULE
40-50 hours per week starting at 6am on the jobsite
Monday-Friday, overtime as needed
PAY
$30-$40 per hour, determined by experience
