We are a developer/builder/remodeling company looking for an additional lead carpenter.
Some of our projects include two story additions, property conversions, ground up multifamily, fire damaged , and condemned properties throughout the twin cities and surrounding suburbs.
-Can read architectural drawings, complete layouts, build stairs/landings, frame both new construction and remodel framing.
-Skilled finish carpenter- doors, windows, baseboard, casing , jambs, closet systems, flooring, cabinets, hardware, mirrors, bathroom accessories, ect.
-Good communication skills both written and oral for when dealing with architects, structural engineers, city building inspectors and other team members.
