Small HVAC company looking to bring in a leader to help the owner grow the business. Job consists of a 40/60 split between office time and in the field.
- Field duties
- Layout of residential homes
- Mentoring/training of less experienced employees
- Installation of Furnaces, Air conditioners, and other HVAC equipment.
- Servicing of installed equipment.
Office duties -
Help in process of bidding jobs
Ordering of material and equipment
Pay 45/HR or more depending on experience
Full health insurance/dental

Paid drive time when on the job

This is a great opportunity for a high-performing residential Hvac installer looking to take that next step. We have processes in place to help teach the office side of the job. The combination of wage/benefits/bonuses will more than likely equate to 110K+.
This may be a simple post, but this is a tremendous opportunity for the right person. Most of us in the field have not had an opportunity to learn the office aspect of the trades, if you are a great field guy but lack the experience of that don't be afraid to reply.
