You must be reliable and work well with others. Must be able to run small and medium size jobs. If you have a poor attitude, North Star is not the right place for you. If you lack personal discipline, North Star is not the right place for you.
Small, but growing, commercial painting contractor looking for qualified journeymen painters for both small and large commercial projects - must be able to spray, brush and roll, patch/sand, prepare surfaces, run scissor lifts/boom lifts, competently and confidently deal with customers and other trades, along with carrying yourself with respect and integrity.
You must be respectful of others to work with us. Also, able to navigate apps on phone for clocking in and out.
We offer:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour DOQ (must have experience! To be eligible for this compensation, we expect 10,000 hours of painting experience and to be able to efficiently perform the tasks noted above.
HSA program, uniforms and tools provided (must carry daily)
After 60 days - daily bonuses, paid holidays (6 per year), 1 week paid vacation, large job bonuses (2-5 per year)
Morning break from 930am-945am and lunch break from 12pm-1230pm. If you are a smoker, you are only able to smoke on break.
We do:
Small, medium, and large commercial jobs ranging from office buildouts, warehouses, restaurants, schools, churches, retail, light industrial. And the occasional residential job. Must deal well with changing sites often.
