Hi, I'm Joey and I am the operations leader here at Field. If you love working outdoors, building with your hands, and the camaraderie of a good team, I think you might be a good fit here. Many landscaping jobs don't make good careers, but at Field we are an employee first company that is working hard to address how to keep our bodies healthy, and pay a living wage. We are looking for one person to help us finish out the season, the position would end in middle of November and start back up in late March.

What do we look for?
● First we look for people that will be a good character fit for field, this means you work well with others, are empathetic, humble and excited to learn.
● Secondly, we enjoy helping people learn and gain new skills, however because of the complexity of our jobs we can't hire people that are entirely new to working in production and using their hands. You don't need to have landscaped before, but you do need to have some experience working with your hands and understand how to work efficiently.
●Thirdly you need to be someone who knows how to be reliable and punctual.
●Lastly, the job requires a lot of driving so you need a drivers license in good standing and the willingness/comfortability to drive trucks and trailers.
