Landscape Crew Lead - Seasonal Position

What You'll Do:
Lead small landscape crews on residential and commercial projects
Oversee daily operations including installation, maintenance, and cleanup
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed
Communicate with clients and project managers
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of landscape experience
Very good communication and customer service skills
Leadership experience or strong desire to develop leadership skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Teachable/Coachable
