All applicants should be proficient in building Paver Driveways, Paver Patios, Outdoor Living Spaces, Pathways, Retaining Walls and much more. Ability to complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner consistently within established time frames is a must. Compensation depends on qualifications
Requirements:
2+ years for Landscape Forman/Hardscape Specialist. Perferred CDL Certificate and a clean driving record a MUST! Proficient heavy equipment operating skills.Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications. Knowledgable of softscapes. Highly motivated, self driven individual who is detail orientated.Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment.Strong verbal & written communication skills.Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours & weekends.Ability to prioritize and multi-task.Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers).Punctual and dependable is a MUST! Most have Irrigation knowledge. Salary ranges based on experience.
