We are looking for a full-time apartment maintenance technician to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm).
Primary duties include completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartment turns, preventative maintenance, shoveling as needed in the winter (we all do this together!)
Other duties will be mowing, weed eating when needed.
Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle is required to drive between work sites.
Must pass Kari Koskinen Manager Background Check after acceptance of job offer.
General plumbing, carpentry skills & electrical skills.
Must provide basic tool set.
Safely operate power and hand tools.
Able to meet physical requirements
Strong customer skills.
Maintain a professional presence while on company time.
Ability to work independently or in group setting.
Attention to detail.
Willing to ask questions and a positive attitude.
Asking for more than 2 years experience in building maintenance.
Good references.
This job requires the following physical requirements:
Occasional Exertion of 50 to 100 pounds of force
Frequent 25 to 50 pounds of force.
Constant 10 to 20 pounds of force.
