Copenhagen Enterprises is a family-owned management company seeking a skilled individual with the right combination of mechanical, communication and customer service skills to join our maintenance team in downtown and south Minneapolis as a full-time maintenance technician. This is a great opportunity to work on a small dedicated staff for a provider of affordable market-rate housing in the heart of the city.

Starting hourly wage: from $23 depending on experience. Initiative, dependability and professionalism will be promptly rewarded.
Responsibilities Include:
- General maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, including occupied apartment units
- Repair and replacement in light electrical, plumbing, appliances, locks, windows, plaster/drywall, woodwork and other items as directed
- Communication with tenants, vendors and management staff regarding scheduling and completion of work orders
- Participation in painting and repair during apartment unit turns as needed
Candidate Must Have:
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work orders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and skill set
- Experience with painting and construction tools and practices - some experience with multifamily properties preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clean criminal history - a background check is required
