Full-Time Mechanical Technician (Maple Grove)
This position for a full-time mechanical technician is an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned business with a team of experts specializing in industrial machine repair. Our technicians travel to the customer’s location to troubleshoot and repair their machines. We also provide uniforms, a company phone, and a company van to drive to customer’s location. Starting wage will depend on experience.
Requirement/Preference:
Excellent customer service skills, oral and written.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, and some pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
Maintain, repair or rebuild industrial machinery. May include crankshafts, clutch and brake systems, bull gears, counterbalances, air and lube systems.
Read and understand technical prints.
Knowledge and understanding of hydraulic circuits and components.
Read measuring instruments.
Operate a fork lift.
Have a good driving record.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
Ownership of basic tools.
Working Experience:
Preferably with 2+ years of working experience in related field.
