Are you a handy guy or jack of all trades?
We’re getting ready to sell my father in laws 60s ramble and I need someone asap to help me bring this property to life.
You’ll be assisting me but you must be able to work by yourself aswell. Must have some basic tools/toolbelt.
There’s atleast 2-3+ weeks worth of work to do, some of which includes…
-Painting(interior)
-trim work
-drywall repair
-vinyl floor install
-yard clean up/landscaping
I’m paying $30-35 hr, based on experience.
House is in Eden Prairie, must have own transportation. I need someone to start next week (7/21-7/25)if possible and be reliable.
