Apartment Turn & Residential Painter Wanted
Painting company looking for Apartment Turn Painter and or Residential Painter.
Apartment Turn Painter. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:00pm Monday – Friday with occasional weekends. Work is throughout the metro area. Mostly unit turn painting with some unit rehab and common area painting. Generally, brush and roll painting, with minor patching. Sheetrock repair knowledge a plus. Experience not required and we can provide tools. Steady work throughout the year. Paid time off. Pay will depend on experience.
Residential Painter. Hours are generally 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Work is throughout the metro but more concentrated more in the South Metro. Will be doing both interior and exterior painting/staining on residential homes. Brush, Roll and Spray techniques used. Experience not required and we can provide tools. Steady work throughout the year. Paid time off. Pay will depend on experience.
Ideal candidates would have the following:
Able to self-start and work alone when needed.
Reliable Transportation.
Good attendance.
Positive attitude.
On time to start jobs.
Good communication.
