JL Schwieters is currently hiring for the Service Department. Ideal candidate will be able to perform the following with another member of the service team or by yourself:
Ensure buildings are done per plans & specs by performing quality walks
Performing any and all framing corrections that may be needed
Attending homeowner service calls (warranty items)
Building decks, garage stairs, front porch post/columns, finished basements, etc.
Must be able to troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions
Experience/Qualifications
Possess a Driver's license in good standing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Clean DMV Record
Ability to comply and adhere to JLS Safety Regulations
Complete paperwork promptly, accurately and turn into appropriate personnel.
Prior Framing Experience
Willing to fix and solve problems
Jobsites are mainly in and around the Twin Cities metro area. Candidate will be provided a company van but must be willing/able to travel to all jobsites to perform service work.
Pay range DOQ, $30-40+/hour.
