Seeking someone who has experience in residential construction (carpenter, plumber etc.) or glass experience, with the ability to learn shower glass installation in the Twin Cities metro area
The installer will be responsible for assisting the lead installer with the proper installation of a unique product. They will measure and fit custom glass panels, hinges, and other hardware for a variety of tiled and fiberglass openings such that the final product will result in a highquality fit and finish.
Attention to detail is a must and quality of the finished product is most important to our customers. The likely candidate for this job will be one who enjoys high quality results and attention to every detail. This job requires a pleasant personality and good communication skills, as well as the skills to accomplish the following duties:
Assisting lead installer with installing high quality frameless glass shower enclosures involving compound angles, channel, clips, clamps, headers, etc
Capable of drilling tile, marble, granite, and other stone based materials to mount various required hardware.
Capable of dealing with fractions, addition and subtraction
Capable of handling glass up to 100 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
Capable of cutting all metals, hangars, and understand functions of all hardware
Capable of improvising a best solution to fit the glass and hardware
Work as a team player with associates
Good communicator with supervision and associates
Desire to become a lead installer.
Maintain tools and truck inventory for maximum efficiency to do shower enclosure installs
Good driving record.
