High end custom builder/remodeler in White Bear Lake is looking to hire a skilled carpenter with all around carpenter skills. Most work is remodeling (decks, bathrooms, kitchen remodels, additions, porches) with a few custom homes. Most work is in the east metro. The majority of our work is exterior and interior finish with some light framing as it relates to remodels (not new construction).
We are looking for someone who is well rounded; detailed oriented; has a good attitude; and is able to work well with staff, subcontractors and clients. Must also be comfortable setting up and being on scaffolding. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and not need too much direction, but can take direction.
Must be dependable, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be able to show up every day, on time. Must have own basic tools.

Pay will be dependent on skill set and qualifications.
