We’re a company known for delivering high-quality excavation and site work, grading, demolition, concrete, and hardscape projects. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Working Foreman to lead field crews while remaining hands-on with day-to-day operations.
Position Summary:
The Working Foreman will oversee job site operations from start to finish, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to lead by example, and can handle complex site work with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead field crews on excavation, demolition, finish grading, concrete, and hardscape jobs
Operate equipment and tools as needed alongside the crew
Read and interpret plans, site layouts, and grade stakes
Coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, and subcontractors
Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
Monitor quality control and troubleshoot issues on site
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in excavation, grading, demolition, hardscape, and concrete
Prior leadership or foreman experience required
Proficient in operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.)
Strong understanding of site layout, drainage, elevations, and finish grading
Ability to manage timelines, materials, and labor efficiently
Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on safety and quality
Valid driver’s license (CDL required with a clean driving record)
