Erosion Works is an established Erosion company. We have been in business since 2008. We service mainly home and commercial builders around the twin city area. We also work on some highway heavy projects. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who want to join our team. We are looking for candidates that want to grow with our company and start a career in the erosion industry. This position is from late February until late December depending on the weather. As an industry leader in compensation, our final candidate will experience a team atmosphere, potential room for advancement and year-round employment. We are looking for and Street Sweeper operator. These are truck mounted Tymco 600 sweepers. This is day-time position
In return, he/she will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, honest safety oriented
- Must have valid driver’s license Class A or B is a must;
- Bilingual a plus
- Customer service driven (understanding needs of the customer)
- Ability to work under various weather conditions
- Ability to work 40+ hours M-F; 6:00 am Starting Time
- Reliable Transportation
- Team Player
- Experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures;
- Sit in and truck for extended periods of time;
- Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain);
- Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment;
- Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word;
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate from site to site using google maps;
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers;
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
