Our Road Supervisors work one on one with drivers, they review and monitor drive cam's Giving drivers feedback on changing and improving their driving behaviors with ideas on ways to change and improve. Responds to all driver emergency calls as well as driver/client issues. You will work side by side with the safety team, You will need to be flexible and adaptable to quick and last minute changes. Have proficiency with Microsoft Office, Spread Sheets and Charts. We want individuals that make safety and customer service their priorities. If you
✓ are at least 21 years old
✓ Have at least 3 years of personal driving experience
✓ Supervisory experience with hourly employees, with 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred
✓ Excellent verbal, written and computer skills, (Word and Excel). Ability to professionally interact and communicate with drivers, call center team, clients, management, union officials and general public.
✓Must be fluent in English
✓ Subject to drug testing
