Job duties: (1) gather, review, and organize technical information; (2) work with staff to write and revise supporting content for services; (3) edit materials prepared by other writers or staff; (4) draft agreements for potential clients and current clients; (5) review, edit, and write website content; (6) standardize content across platforms and media; (7) select photographs, graphics, diagrams, and charts to illustrate products and services; (8) review published materials and recommend revisions or changes; (9) collect feedback to update and improve content; and (10) perform related technical writer duties.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English Language and Literature, or a related field.
