Fabricator$17 - $25 / hourDescription: We are seeking an experienced boat fabrication technician to join our team. You will assist with all aspects of boat construction from paint prep to electrical systems.Responsibilities:
Prepare boat surfaces for painting through sanding and grinding
Spray fiberglass and other materials to build boat structures
Perform fitting and assembly of boat components
Install electrical systems, wiring, components
Ensure proper finishing of boat surfaces
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Proficiency in fabrication, assembly and fitting techniques
Experience with surface preparation, spraying fiberglass
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality finish work
