This position is for a Press Operator 1This position will start on 1st shift (6am - 2pm) and will transition to 12-hour rotating Day shift (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)Inexperienced candidates pay starts at $22.22/hr. Experienced candidates will be eligible for a higher pay rate.Requirements:The position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining a variety of press equipmentPerform all make-ready tasks associated with the Flexographic press operated, such as: mounting plates or installing print cylinders, examining plates/cylinders for imperfections and checking for correct positioning of images, prepping web paths, adjusting tension and registering, etc.Make necessary color correction and anilox adjustment and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the workClean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as requiredPerforms periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer
