job detailsjob summary:We have a Direct Hire Opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager! In this role you will collaborate in crafting continuous improvement (Lean and Six Sigma) vision and strategy deployment plans for customers and/or departments. Co-facilitate continuous improvement activities, enhancing expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Demonstrate autonomy in co-facilitation and reflective practices. Efficiently allocate resources to execute strategy deployment plans.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 8 years working in a Continuous Improvement role, in a manufacturing or office environment

Manages continuous improvement programs encompassing SCM, engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations tailored to specific customer needs.

Ensures value generation and customer loyalty through guidance from senior management.

Leads the development and execution of comprehensive action plans to resolve customer issues.

Advocates for lean and 6S methodologies to drive continuous improvement across activities.

Oversees performance management, policy implementation, and resource allocation within the continuous improvement framework.

Monitors business execution performance using relevant metrics and reports to stakeholders.

Manages financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance evaluation.

Collaborates with sales/Business Development for pricing strategies and reviews.

Selects, assigns objectives, and evaluates performance of team members, fostering a customer-focused culture.

Participates in cross-functional process improvement initiatives and represents the company at the customer level with senior guidance.
