Role: SAP Project Manager Location: Plymouth, MN (Initially Remote) Position Type & Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Senior SAP Project Manager
Experience leading an SAP Upgrade project, preferably in an S/4 HANA environment
Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for SAP project deliverables
Develop detailed project scope and plans for projects and manage delivery of projects to timeline and budgets
Manage deadlines to schedule through all project phases, including Project Initiation, Analysis, Design/Development, Data Loads, Testing, Implementation, Post Go Live Support and Project Closing
Identify & Mitigate Project risks and issues, analyze potential consequences and implications, recommend solutions apply corrective actions
Lead project-level change management
Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection and communication of project and status reporting
Excellent knowledge of relevant project management methodologies relevant to the SAP domain & SAP project lifecycle
Ability to multi task & manage multiple work streams at the same time
Demonstrable excellent leadership and managerial skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work with both IT & business stakeholders
Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
Manage the project closing and the handover to Operations/production support
Qualifications
5-8+ years of SAP project delivery and project management experience
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting in combination with the purchase-to-pay process
Proficient PC Skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
