Description We are offering a contract (with with potential for permanent) employment opportunity in Plymouth, Minnesota, for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. The role is central to our operations, functioning within the accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and billing functions.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications within accounting software systems. Maintain and oversee accurate customer credit records. Actively monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate action when necessary. Manage the accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial data is up to date. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial data. Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner. Utilize enterprise resource planning tools such as Epicor to streamline accounting processes.
