In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide a broad range of vital client support and aid in resources and guidance necessary for clients to achieve their financial goals. Engage with clients, process client requests, and answer inquiries in a timely manner.
Organize and follow up on client meetings.
Help prepare financial plans, annual or quarterly reviews, and other meeting materials.
Maintain accurate client data in the CRM database, as well as ensure correct client fee billing and reporting.
Commit to ongoing education and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends, CRM, and compliance regulations.
Foster an environment conducive to open, honest, and prompt communication.
