Sales Project Coordinator

As the Sales Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and execution of sales projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.Your role:

You will serve as the main point of contact for new hire set-up, introduce them to the company, and generally ensure that every aspect of their onboarding is smooth and successful

Participate and support team initiatives to drive continuous improvement efforts and lean projects

Prepare sales reports and presentations

Assist the sales team with scheduling and calendar management

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience is a sales support or coordination role

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Experience (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Office, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent years of work experience

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with very strong attention to detail and a proven track record of data integrity

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $60,000,000 to $102,000.The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $57,000,000 to $97,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
