This role follows a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work remotely while coming together in the office in Red Wing, MN on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for collaboration. There may also be occasional in-person “Moments that Matter” and key business needs throughout the year that require additional days in the office. Candidates should live within commuting distance of Red Wing, MN at the time of hire. At Red Wing, regardless of working in roles that are fully remote, onsite, or hybrid, what matters most is working together, staying connected, and putting care into everything we do.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:  This position is responsible for managing on-hand inventory and working capital across all warehouse locations. The role partners closely with Domestic and International Business Units to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained throughout the global distribution network. Responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling cycle count results, supporting inventory accuracy initiatives, and assisting with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and FTZ Board requirements. This position also supports tariff entry processing, reporting, and broader trade compliance activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage inventory levels and replenishment activities across U.S. and global warehouse locations to ensure product availability and optimize working capital.  Coordinate distribution orders between U.S. facilities and international warehouses.  Monitor, analyze, and reconcile inventory transactions, adjustments, and cycle count results to maintain inventory accuracy.  Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution Center Operations, and other Supply Chain teams to support inventory and distribution objectives.  Support and execute cycle count programs and assist with annual physical inventory processes as required.  Generate and analyze inventory, receiving, and shipment reports, providing recommendations to improve inventory performance and reduce excess or obsolete stock.  Assist with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and FTZ requirements.  Support trade compliance activities, including tariff reporting, free trade agreements (USMCA, CAFTA, and others), and import/export requirements.  Assist in maintaining C-TPAT compliance and adherence to applicable customs regulations, corporate policies, and trade procedures.  Serve as a subject matter expert for inventory management systems and support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory and supply chain processes.
