We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at the St. James Hotel. As a Line Cook, you will assist the Chef in preparing and executing delicious meals according to our seasonal menus while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. If you have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Prepare all foods for daily service in accordance with seasonal menus and health/sanitation guidelines.Cook hot and cold food products accurately and efficiently.Assist in food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.Ensure proper portioning and cooking of all menu items.Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.Communicate effectively with the Chef to ensure smooth daily operations.Address guest complaints and problems professionally to ensure satisfaction.
