Your responsibilities will include:Executing and/or supervising the essential duties and responsibilities of servers, bartenders, and support staff.Ensuring the effectiveness of the staff through communication, coaching, counseling, monitoring, and appraising job results.Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to optimize operations.Directing departmental operations in the absence of the manager and acting as an ambassador to clients, guests, and vendors.Investigating and resolving service complaints to achieve high guest satisfaction and peak staff performance.Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant, implementing and enforcing assigned projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Mastering the use of Point of Sale system.Assisting in recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees to maintain a skilled workforce.Ensuring compliance with all Health Code guidelines to guarantee the safe and proper handling of items consumed by our guests.
