Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Software Developer to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you’ll combine problem-solving, programming, and technical management to support and enhance the systems that power our business. You’ll provide hands-on application and project support, perform daily integration activities, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Please note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role. To be successful in this position, candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Red Wing, MN, as the role requires onsite presence one day per week (Thursdays).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions for assigned systems.Perform daily integration activities, including prioritizing incidents and coordinating work assignments.Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and related cloud technologies, as assigned.Build and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow software development best practices, including code reviews and version control.
