Responsible for performing a range of global Credit functions including customer account underwriting, timely collections of open receivables, resolving account discrepancies and billing concerns. The Sr. Credit Analyst will maintain strong relationships with customers, our customer experience team, and our sales team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive a standard customer and employee experience across the Credit teamImplement and drive process improvements across the order to cash teamPrepare and report on key department metrics Assist with system upgrades/implementationsStandardize customer communications and negotiations Provide team and new dealer trainingManage a global customer portfolio of approximately 1,000 accounts maintaining a rate of less than 5% of accounts over 60 days past due.Research, prepare and approve credit processing to customer accountsRelease orders, place accounts on credit hold due to non-payment, process cash in advance orders Propose bad debt write offsFollow up on past due balances and manage cash in advance accountsPartner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure customer inquiries are answered and resolved promptlySubmit accounts with serious delinquencies to our third-party collection agencies for resolutionManage bankruptcy filings and reportingSupport EDI/integrated receivables functionality where necessaryReview and approve/deny new credit applications based on their credit worthiness.  This includes the analysis of financial statements, D&B reporting and gathering customer payment referencesManage customer credit limits based on their credit worthiness, payment trends, and risk factorsPerform credit reviews based upon credit risk factorResearch, resolve/escalate billing discrepancies.Process monthly statements as well as interest invoices
